  II. [Performance Features]

It does not contain formaldehyde and has a positive charge, so it is more conducive to penetration and adsorption. After baking, it can form a lake with the dye inside the fiber, making the adhesion of the dye on the fiber stronger. The product has soft hand feeling, reduced color, can be significantly improved, wet rubbing fastness, rubbing fastness improved to more than 1 level.

  The stability of this product is very good, second to none in domestic similar products, acid resistance, hard water resistance, no precipitation, no oil floating.

  This product is polymerized with special groups and feels softer, so it can be appropriately reduced to 60-80% of the softener or silicone oil.

  3. [Scope of application]

  Suitable for fixing treatment of reactive, direct, vulcanized, indigo, Shihlin dye and paint dyed fabrics.

  Four. [Recommended Process]

  (1) padding method

  1. Recipe: MCH-305: 20 -50g/l

  Glacial acetic acid: 2 – 8 g/l

  2. Process: Color cloth after dyeing (PH 6.0 – 7.0)→Padding (rolling liquid temperature 30-35℃, rolling liquid rate 60%-70%)→drying (100℃-120℃)→baking (150℃, washing resistance can be increased)

  (2) Dipping process

  1. Recipe: 2%-5%(o.w.f), bath ratio 1:10

  2. Process: liquid preparation (liquid temperature 30℃-35℃)→soaking for more than 15-25min→dehydration→drying at 100℃-120℃

  V. [Chemical Material Regulations]

  1. Measure the water in the chemical tank. It is recommended that the factory use ion-exchange soft water. Normal temperature water is sufficient in summer, and slightly heated to 30-35°C in winter.

  2. Add a metered amount of MCH-305, it is milky white liquid

  3. Add an appropriate amount of glacial acetic acid to adjust the pH value 4-5 and stir a little

  Six. [Remarks]

  After preparation, the working fluid will be translucent milky white liquid at 30-35℃, and nanomaterials can exert greater efficiency. The specific process, formula and applicability are requested to be adjusted by the user after testing and samples.

  7. [Packaging, Storage and Transportation]

  50kg or 125kg plastic packaging, airtight storage at room temperature for one year, transported as non-dangerous goods.

  8. [Precautions for use]

1. Water is very important, mainly because the anions in the water have a greater impact on its stability. Distilled water is better (the condensed water of boilers and dryers is also very good), soft water (note: ion-exchanged water, water treated with non-softener) is second, tap water is slightly worse; groundwater and river water may not be melted and precipitated Too many to use;

  2. The working fluid is more stable when the pH value is 4-5. The acid to adjust the pH value is glacial acetic acid. Acids containing high-valent anions cannot be used, such as sulfate, phosphate, citric acid, polyacrylic acid, neutralizing acid, AC acid, etc.;

  3. The summer room temperature chemical compound can be milky white and translucent with good stability. The temperature in the north is lower in winter. If lower water temperature is used, MCH-305 can't exert its great effect (for sanding cloth). It is recommended that the measured water be heated to 30-35℃ (considering that the temperature of the rolling mill will rise a little during the operation of the machine, it can reach about 32℃), and then add the measured water. The wet rubbing fastness enhancer MCH-305, in the form of translucent milky white liquid, can exert its great effect;

  4. In the processing environment with low temperature, MCH-305 needs to be kept at 30-35℃, and the material pipe leading to the rolling groove must be filtered;

  5. After dyeing, the pH of the cloth surface is ≤ 7, generally drying is enough, if it is baked, the effect will be better and it will be more washable;

  6. The use of MCH-305 alone improves the rubbing fastness to a greater extent, but if the customer wants to finish with the soft bath, a sample must be tested in advance, because the type and amount of softener and silicone oil used in the finishing have an effect on the function of MCH-305. For certain effects, it is recommended to use non-ionic soft oil. When MCH-305 is polymerized and synthesized, special groups are introduced. The product feels very soft, so the amount of softener or silicone oil can be reduced when finishing, or even no silicone oil is added;
