【Product Introduction】

Dyeing Bath Anti Creasing agent is a high-concentration resin with a free formaldehyde content of less than 0.1%. It is suitable for the wash-and-wear and non-iron finishing and shrink-proof finishing of blended fabrics of cellulosic fibers and other synthetic fibers in any form. It does not need to add a catalyst for the pre-catalyzed resin.

Appearance: colorless to light yellow liquid

pH value: 3.2±0.2

Solubility: miscible with water in any ratio

Storage stability: 12 months below 40℃

Compatibility: Compatible with most additives used in resin finishing, such as catalysts, optical brighteners, softeners, fillers and waterproofing.

Performance and Features】

1. Suitable for non-iron finishing of cotton, T/C and other blended fabrics and shrink-proof finishing of blended interlinings;

 2. After finishing, the fabric has excellent non-iron performance, tested by ISO 14184-1 without washing, the formaldehyde released from the fabric surface is below 75ppm;

3. After finishing, the fabric has excellent smoothness, chlorine resistance and shrinkage resistance;

4. After finishing, the fabric has high strength retention rate and extremely low yellowing rate;

Usage and Dosage】

一. Reference formula

1. 100% cotton and rayon fabric shrink-proof and wrinkle-resistant finishing

MCH-NW: 2.5 g/L

EMT-16: 50-120g/L

MCH-617: 20-40 g/L

MRS: 10-50 g/L

2. Post-baking and finishing of thick cotton fabric

MCH-NW: 2.5 g/L

EMT-16: 100-200g/L

MCH-617: 20-40 g/L

MRS: 20-60 g/L

MCH-627: 0-50 g/L

3. Non-iron finishing of thin cotton fabric

MCH-NW: 2.5 g/L

EMT-16: 80-200g/L

MCH-513 50–80 g/L

4. Non-iron finishing of polyester and cotton fabrics

MCH-NW: 2.5 g/L

二. Reference process

1. Pre-baking and non-iron finishing of fabric

Padding (rolling rate 60-70%) → drying (80-100 ℃ retained moisture content 6-7%) → baking (160-175 ℃, 2.5-1 minutes) → pre-shrinking

2. Post-baking and non-iron finishing of fabric

Padding (rolling liquid rate 60-70%) → drying (80-85℃ retained moisture content 8-10%) → pre-shrinking → ironing and baking in garment factory

3. Non-iron finishing of ready-to-wear garments

Dipping: 5-20 minutes

Dehydration: 70-80% moisture content

Drying: Keep moisture content 8-10% at 80℃

Baking: 145-155℃, 15-10 minutes.

Since resin finishing will inevitably affect the strength of the fabric and may also affect the shade, it is recommended that users conduct necessary tests according to the equipment and other conditions of the factory. This is especially true for white or light-colored fabrics.

Packaging and Storage】

Packed in 125kg or 1000kg plastic drums, stored and transported as general chemicals, stored in a ventilated place, with a shelf life of one year.

Precautions】

1. The resin reaction needs an acid catalyst, and it needs to be carried out in an acid bath. It is recommended that the user adjust the pH value of the fabric surface to 6-7, and do not make the fabric surface alkaline.

2. Ensure proper drying and baking temperature and time to obtain sufficient cross-linking reaction and ensure a good finishing effect.
