Fluorescent Whitening Agent MCH-386

 

Function     Fluorescent whitening agents with a slight violet-white shade (shaded),

                   it is suitable for cellulose fibers and polyester/cotton blends. 

 

Properties    

-  Liquid, which can be pumped to a volume that is miscible with water in any ratio.

-  Simple and easy to handle, suitable for automatic metering equipment.

-  Low affinity. It has no head and tail chromatic aberration and is therefore ideal for continuous processing.

-  Excellent lifting performance, high whiteness and vividness in continuous and dip dyeing processes. 

-  Suitable for use in acid resin cross-linking baths.

-  Stable to alkali, hydrogen peroxide and electrolytes.

        Appearance: Light brown liquid

        PH: 7-11                      

        Lonicity: Anionic

        Solubility: Soluble in water

        Stabilities: Very good stability to electrolytes and reduction bleaching

 Not unstable in chlorite and hypochlorite bleaching

        Package: 125kg/drum

        Shelf life: stored in a closed container at 20 ° C for 1year. 

                         This product is sensitive to low temperature below -10 °C.

 

Application 

1. Scope of application

 Continuous Process: Used in water, finishing baths and various cross-linking processes.
 Dip process: For use in hard water or in soft water with salt.

2. Recommended process

 1 Padding method:
With liquid rate 70 %
Fluorescent Whitening Agent MCH-386   6–24 g/l
 2 Dip dye:
Fluorescent Whitening Agent MCH-386   1.2–6 %
 3 Improve the vividness of light tones:
The vividness of light tones can be improved by adding the following amount when dyeing.
Fluorescent Whitening Agent MCH-386   0.1–0.3 %
3.Stripping
Fluorescent Whitening Agent MCH-386 can be completely stripped by the method of chlorination.
